ASF                      Guaranteed Rate: 6%                      Regular Rate: 4.5%

ASF US                Guaranteed Rate: 5.85%                Regular Rate: 4.5%

Unit Holders are reminded that consistent with the Application for Subscription of Units the guaranteed rate applies during the guaranteed period which was up to two years from the date of subscription.

ANSA Merchant's $350 bond oversubscribed
Coming on the heels of an impressive third quarter performance, ANSA Merchant Bank
earned firm support from the capital market when its latest corporate bond issue was 
oversubscribed several times over by local investors.
