The Fund
With an initial investment of at least $50,000 and a minimum 12 month holding period, this is an exclusive investment opportunity.
The price of a unit is $1,000 (min. initial investment 50 units; min. additional investment 5 units).
If the markets can provide higher yields it will be added to the guaranteed 6% income. The quarterly income can be used to purchase additional units or paid out as income. For the quarter ending 30th September 2009 an interest rate of 6.00% was declared and paid to investors in the fund.
